My Leg, My Choice is a non-profit organization committed to educating patients and their families that have been diagnosed with Peripheral Artery Disease (P.A.D.) or are at risk for lower extremity amputations about their options.

Health experts have long recognized that undetected and untreated P.A.D. contributes to diminished quality of life, decreased functional status, and increased rates of lower extremity amputation, heart attack, stroke, and death.

My Leg, My Choice provides easy to understand information to educate patients and their care providers, P.A.D. Patient Outreach programs, and no or low cost P.A.D. screenings for high risk individuals.
