NCVH FELLOWS COURSE "COMPLEX STRATEGIES IN PERIPHERAL INTERVENTIONS" is an opportunity for fellows in Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular Surgery to learn from world renowned faculty members and experts in the field of Peripheral Interventions.  

Learning methods include case studies and didactic lectures along with hands-on and simulation training followed by 3 days of 32 live case demonstrations broadcast from around the world and intense rapid fire lectures at the NCVH Annual Conference, May 28-30, 2014.

NCVH Fellows Course Application

To apply for the 4th Annual NCVH Fellows Course, email fellows@ncvh.org to request an application.

Qualification Guidelines:

  • Fellows in Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular Surgery in a U.S. fellowship program.
  • Attendance at Fellows Course activities beginning at 6:00 pm on Monday, May 26, 2014 through 6:00 pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2014.
  • Minimum 20 hours of attendance at New Cardiovascular Horizons 15th Annual Conference, May 28-30, 2014.
Full Scholarships Include:
  • Airfare or Mileage Reimbursement (up to $450).
  • Reimbursement of approved out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Hotel Accommodations May 26-30, 2014.
  • Complimentary registration for New Cardiovascular Horizons 15th Annual Conference, May 28-30, 2014.
NCVH Policies:
  • A valid credit card is required to apply.
  • A $10 administration fee will be charged for application review.
  • Name badges must be worn to all events for attendance scanning.
  • Any attendee requirements not met during NCVH 2014 will result in charging credit card on file all expenses paid by NCVH*
Cancellations Policies:
  • All cancellations PRIOR to Friday, May 2, 2014 5:00 pm (CDT) will result in charging credit card on file the travel agency fee of $35 and airfare cancellation fees.
  • All cancellations AFTER Friday, May 2, 2014 5:00 pm (CDT) will result in charging the credit card on file any fees that NCVH may incur.*

Exhibitors / Sponsors

Sponsorship opportunities are available for product displays, hands-on workshops, and simulator training.

The Fellows will be divided into small groups of 6-8 and will rotate through each sponsored station for 20-30 minutes each for hands-on training. Individual appointments may be made with the fellows for follow up during the NCVH annual conference scheduled May 28-30, 2014.

All sponsors providing hands-on stations and/or simulators are encouraged to move their equipment at the close of the Fellows Course on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 to the "Simulation Area" that will be available in the NCVH Annual Conference exhibit hall May 28-30, 2014.

Accommodations / Travel

Travel and hotel information is collected during the application process. A valid credit card number is required for changes and cancellations.

Scholarships include airfare or mileage reimburse (up to $450) and hotel accommodations for 5 nights May 26-30, 2014.
