Thank you for applying for a scholarship to the NCVH Fellows Course 2024. Please fill out the online application. All applications are considered “Pending” until approval. Once approved, you will receive an email stating that your application for scholarship has been accepted. (just to change up from using approved twice)
All pending applications must submit a credit card to be charged on March 4, 2024 in the amount of $550.00 as a “deposit” for flights, accommodations, etc. Upon successful completion of the scholarship requirements at the conference, your credit card will be refunded the entire amount of $550.00 less any personal incurred expenses that may have been charged to your room (mini bar, room service, entertainment, etc). This refund will take place within 72 hours after the conference closes on May 31, 2024.

Qualification guidelines not met will result in the loss of $550 deposit and all remaining expenses charged to the credit card on file.
